End User License Agreement & Terms of Service

Gulf Coast Tech & AI Services (GCTAI)

Effective Date: December 2025

This End User License Agreement and Terms of Service (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of services provided by Gulf Coast Tech & AI Services (“GCTAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, services, automations, or integrations, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Services

GCTAI provides automation services, AI-enabled workflows, system integrations, data processing, and related consulting services (“Services”). Services may include configuration of third-party platforms, workflow design, monitoring, and support.

We do not provide legal, financial, or regulatory advice unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
Upload or transmit malicious code, malware, or harmful data
Attempt to bypass authentication, security, or access controls
Interfere with system performance or availability
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without written authorization

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with applicable laws, including privacy, consumer protection, and communications regulations.

3. Data Access & Authorization

You authorize GCTAI to access, process, and transmit data necessary to deliver the Services you request, including data from third-party platforms you connect.

You retain full ownership of your data
GCTAI accesses data only within the scope you authorize
You may revoke access at any time, subject to technical or contractual limitations

4. Confidentiality

GCTAI will treat client data as confidential and will not disclose it except:

With your authorization
To trusted service providers required to deliver Services
As required by law or legal process

5. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party platforms (including but not limited to cloud hosting providers, AI services, messaging platforms, and data systems). GCTAI is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

6. Communications & Messaging (SMS/Mobile Messaging)

If you provide a phone number, you acknowledge that certain Services may include automated or system-generated messages (such as missed-call responses, workflow notifications, or support communications).

Program: Gulf Coast Tech & AI Services Notifications.
Purpose: You may receive messages regarding appointment reminders, account updates, or service alerts in response to your inquiry.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Support: You may request help / support by replying HELP
Opt-Out: You may opt out by replying STOP
Liability: Carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

GCTAI does not send marketing messages without explicit consent.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
GCTAI makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

GCTAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
GCTAI’s total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you to GCTAI during the three (3) months preceding the claim
